July 31, 2026, Cloud One and Conformity Standalone—IMPORTANT: SSO Certificate Rotation

The current SAML 2.0 SSO certificate for Cloud One and Conformity Standalone will expire on August 14, 2026. If your identity provider encrypts SAML responses or verifies SAML request signatures, you must update your identity provider configuration with the new certificate before this date to avoid an interruption to SSO sign-in.

Follow these instructions to back up your existing identity provider configuration and switch to the new certificate.

Both the current and new certificates are supported until the current certificate expires on August 14, 2026, so there is no interruption to SSO sign-in while you complete the update.
