  1. Domain Verification: Ensure your email or UPN domain is verified in Administration > Domain Verification.
  2. IdP Configuration: If the Secure Access Module falls back from NTLM/Kerberos to SAML, ensure that a valid Identity Provider (IdP) is configured in the Administration Console.
