If you no longer want to use pay-as-you-go to enable Trend Vision One solutions and packages, cancel your pay-as-you-go contract in AWS Marketplace.

Unless you want to immediately cancel your Trend Vision One pay-as-you-go contract, Trend Micro recommends canceling automatic renewal. If you cancel automatic renewal, you can keep using pay-as-you-go until the contract ends, giving you time to change your mind.
To cancel automatic renewal, simply modify your renewal settings:
  1. Go to AWS Marketplace and sign in.
  2. Go to Discover products → TrendAI Vision One™ → View purchase options.
  3. Under Offer details, click the edit agreement link.
  4. Under Auto-renewal configuration, select Cancel auto-renewal.
  5. Click Save changes.
If you want to immediately cancel your contract and stop using pay-as-you-go, take the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Go to AWS Marketplace and sign in.
  2. Go to Manage subscriptions.
  3. In the Delivery method menu, choose SaaS as the product type.
  4. Select the Trend Vision One subscription that you want to cancel.
  5. Under Agreement, click Actions → Cancel subscription.
  6. Type confirm in the confirmation window.
  7. Click Yes, cancel subscription.
    Your pay-as-you-go contract is immediately canceled. If you decide to use pay-as-you-go again in the future, you must purchase a new contract.

    Important
    For Amazon EC2 instances, canceling your pay-as-you-go contract prevents charges from new instances, but existing instances require additional termination.
    To terminate all running Amazon EC2 instances and avoid future charges, sign in to the Amazon Web Services console and click Instances → Select all instances → Terminate.
