  • Trend Vision One currently only supports one static IP address pair in one regional PoP per customer. Only outbound traffic destined for the chosen PoP is forwarded.
  • After selecting a PoP, ensure you are routing user traffic to the selected regional PoP proxy by changing the Internet Access Gateway Proxy URL in the relevant PAC file from the default URL to the region-specific URL. To find the appropriate region-specific URL, see Port and FQDN/IP address requirements.

Procedure

  1. Go to Zero Trust Secure Access → Secure Access Configuration → Internet Access and AI Service Access Configuration and select Outbound Static IP Settings in the Global Settings tab.
  2. Click Add IP Address Pair.
  3. Select a region or location to serve as the PoP for the IP address pair.
  4. Select the bandwidth

    The bandwidth selected affects the amount of credits required. Bandwidth is charged by the number of units of 256Mb. The amount of credits required for 512Mb would be twice the amount of credits required for 256Mb, and 1Gb would be four times the amount required for 256Mb.
  5. Choose the outbound traffic to be forwarded through the static IP addresses.
    • Any traffic: Forwards all outbound web traffic through the provisioned static IP addresses
    • Selected custom URL categories: Forwards outbound web traffic through the provisioned static IP addresses to URLs listed in up to 100 selected custom URL categories

  6. Click Save to generate the static IP address pair.
