Manage settings and review information about your Virtual Network Sensors.
The Sensor Details screen provides a summary of information about your connected Virtual Network Sensor
to help with managing your environment. You can open the Sensor Details screen in
the TrendAI Vision One™ console by going to and clicking the sensor identifier on the inventory list.
The Sensor Details screen is divided into two tabs:
The System Information tab provides basic information about the Virtual Network Sensor.

SSH access

Enable/disable SSH access
SSH access allows administrators to sign in remotely to manage sensors, execute commands,
and copy or upload files to the sensor using an SSH client.
|
| VLAN awareness |
Enable/disable VLAN awareness
Enabling this feature allows Virtual Network Sensor to recognize and capture the VLAN
IDs to identify VLANs in your network.
Before enabling VLAN awareness, make sure that the inbound and outbound traffic for
the same connection in your network use the same VLAN ID. Otherwise, Virtual Network
Sensor may not be able to identify the two directions as being the same network flow,
causing incomplete telemetry and less accurate detection.
