Troubleshoot and resolve the endpoint status that appears in Available Actions for Worry-Free agents.

Available actions for Worry-Free agents apply to those customers whose TrendAI Vision One™ console is managed by a service provider with TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers. If your company manages your TrendAI Vision One™ console directly, the following content does not apply to your environment. For information about available actions, see Resolve available actions.

The Available Actions in Endpoint Inventory displays messages and suggested actions to take on your visible endpoints. Some of the actions concern the status of Worry-Free agents when connected to TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers and when updating to the TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agent.

Available action status	Description	Resolution
	Unable to manage protection features on TrendAI Vision One™ The connected endpoint has the Worry-Free agent installed. TrendAI Vision One™ is not able to manage security features and settings for this agent type. TrendAI™ suggests updating the agent to the TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agent.	Click Update Worry-Free agent to automatically update the agent. To update multiple agents at once, see Update Worry-Free agents to TrendAI Vision One Endpoint Security Standard Endpoint Protection in the TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers online help.
	Unable to manage protection features on TrendAI Vision One™ The connected endpoint has the Worry-Free agent installed. TrendAI Vision One™ is not able to manage security features and settings for this agent type. TrendAI™ suggests updating the agent to the TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agent.	The automatic update feature does not support this endpoint. Uninstall the Worry-Free agent and install the TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agent manually. For more information, see: Remove Worry-Free agent Deploy agents with Standard Endpoint Protection features in the TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers online help. You can also deploy agents directly in your customer's console. For more information, see Deploy agents using the installer package.
	Failed to uninstall Worry-Free agent The automatic update feature failed to uninstall the Worry-Free agent.	Manually uninstall the Worry-Free agent and install the TrendAI Vision One™ Endpoint Security agent. For more information, see Remove Worry-Free agent Deploy agents with Standard Endpoint Protection features in the TrendAI Vision One™ for Service Providers online help. You can also deploy agents directly in your customer's console. For more information, see Deploy agents using the installer package. If you are unable to resolve the issue, create a support case to contact support providers. Please only create one ticket, support providers will assist with all affected endpoints.
	Failed to uninstall Worry-Free agent The automatic update feature failed to uninstall the Worry-Free agent due to an internal error.	Create a support case to contact support providers. Please only create one ticket, support providers will assist with all affected endpoints.
