Procedure
- Go to .
- Select a Messaging Security Agent.
- Click Configure Policy.A new screen appears.
- Click .A new screen appears.
- Click Select Devices.A new screen appears.
- Type a device owner's name and click Search to find their device.
- If the device is available to wipe, select the device and click
Wipe.
Note
It is not possible to select a device if the device status after a search is Wipe successful or Wipe pending.
