These files are found in the following directories:

files are uploaded to the designated quarantine directory, which
is typically a directory on the Security Server.

By default, this directory is located on the Security Server computer

folder>\PCCSRV\Virus ). To change the
directory, navigate to tab and go to the Quarantine Maintenance
section. |

Backed up encrypted files
|
These are the backup of infected files that
agents were able to clean. These files are found in the following
folders:

restore these files, users need to move them to the quarantine directory
on the client.

WARNINGRestoring an infected
file may spread the virus/malware to other files and clients. Before
restoring the file, isolate the infected client and move important
files on this client to a backup location.
