Trend Micro maintains several databases that contain approved or blocked IP addresses.
One of those databases is the Global Approved List.
The Global Approved List list contains authenticated IP addresses known to come from
approved senders. IP addresses in this list are automatically approved and can pass
through the network.
You can request Trend Micro to add your IP address to the Global Approved List. After
receiving a request, Trend Micro starts an investigation to determine if the IP address
can be included in the database.
NoteProvide all the necessary information on each of the following tabs to ensure that
Trend Micro can conduct a full investigation. You may also be asked to provide more
information if the provided information are not enough.

Procedure
- Open https://servicecentral.trendmicro.com/en-us/ers/.
- Go to .
- Add one or more Mail Transfer Agent servers.

Add an entry.Under Mail Transfer Agent, specify the following information:

IP
-
FQDN
-
Email domain name
-
Company name
-
Country/Region
-
Type of company
-

Add multiple Mail Transfer Agent entries:

Download the sample CSV file.

Specify the necessary information and save the file.

Upload the file to Email Reputation Services.

- (Optional) Enable HELO/EHLO Checking

To add an entry, specify a HELO/EHLO string.

To add multiple HELO/EHLO string entries:

Download the sample CSV file.

Specify the necessary information and save the file.

Upload the file to Email Reputation Services.

- Under Contact Information, specify the required information.
- Click Submit.
After clicking Submit, Trend Micro starts an investigation to determine if the IP address can be added
to the Global Approved List. If the IP address does not match the criteria to be added
to the Global Approved List, you can still add the IP address to your internal Approved
